Wholesale

FriendsWithYou offers a couple of wholesale options, available solely for certified retailers. Wholesale orders vary on a per product basis:

Licensed Products

If you are a retailer interested in licensed FriendsWithYou products, please contact our corresponding licensee to place your wholesale order. Please note that any business conducted through our licensees is between retailer and licensing company, meaning that FriendsWithYou LLC & Friends and Friends, Inc. is not legally bound/participant.

Non-Licensed Products

While FriendsWithYou does not specialize in mass-distribution, we are happy to work with retailers interested in distributing our products. Wholesale orders are only available for certified retailers that do not use eBay, Amazon.com, or any third-party website as a primary selling venue.

Orders

For product list, pricing, and ordering information download the FriendsWithYou product catalogue. We ask that you please review all of the information provided in the catalogue prior to placing your order, as some of FriendsWithYou products require orders to be placed directly through our licensee(s).

Payment

FriendsWithYou only accepts payments made by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All orders must be paid in full prior to being processed.

Taxes

Orders shipped to Florida will be charged the 7% Florida sales tax.

Shipping

All shipping charges will be billed to the customer. Please note that charges vary depending on package size, weight, destination, and shipping method. FriendsWithYou uses FedEx to ship all orders. We ask that you please provide us with your FedEx account information and/or account information for your preferred currier in order to expedite the process of your order. All information will remain confidential and used solely to process payment directly through your FedEx account.

International Orders and Customs Details

Please note that orders shipped to destinations outside the United States are subject to taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and all other expenses related to the import of products into that country from the United States, many of which are manufactured in China or other non-US countries. FriendsWithYou is not able to add these fees to your order before checkout. Since these laws and fees can change over time, FriendsWithYou encourages customers to check with the applicable Customs Offices before placing an order. FriendsWithYou will not reimburse the customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on undelivered orders due to recipient refusal.

Return & Cancellation Policy

FriendsWithYou does not operate on a sell or return policy. All orders placed with FriendsWithYou are considered firm commitments. Cancellations and changes will not be considered once an order has been confirmed by an authorized official of FriendsWithYou.
